Claim Process

We offer a seamless journey to a new device if yours is damaged.
Below you can see the use case for the two services we offer: Single-Swap and Box’n’Return.

The Single-Swap concept

1. Your device is damaged

Report your claim by filling out the online form here.

2. Delivery of a new device

You will receive your new device shortly after reporting the claim.

3. Return the damaged device

Follow the instructions for the return process which you will find in the box with the new device.

4. Case is closed

The case is closed when our claims center receives the damaged device. You will not receive your old device again.

The Box'n'Return concept

1. The device is damaged

Report your claim by filling out the online form here.
An empty box with a return label will be sent to your address.

2. Send the damaged device

Place your damaged device in the empty return box you have received. Follow the instructions for the return process to the repair shop.

3. Repaired or replaced

When we have received your device, it will either be repaired or replaced depending on the damage.

4. Receipt of device

Either your repaired device or a new device will be returned to you. And the case is closed.
